Keynote Speaker I
Prof. James Tin-Yau KWOK, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, China (IEEE Fellow)
Prof. Kwok is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Prof. Kwok is serving as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, Neurocomputing, Artificial Intelligence Journal, International Journal of Data Science and Analytics, and Editorial Board Member of Machine Learning. He also served/is serving as Senior Area Chairs of major machine learning / AI conferences including NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, and IJCAI. He is recognized as the Most Influential Scholar Award Honorable Mention for "outstanding and vibrant contributions to the field of AAAI/IJCAI between 2009 and 2019". He is an IEEE Fellow.
Keynote Speaker II
Prof. WANG Jun, City University of Hong Kong, China (IEEE Life Fellow)
Jun Wang is a Chair Professor of Computational Intelligence in the Department of Computer Science and School of Data Science at City University of Hong Kong. Prior to this position, he held various academic positions at Dalian University of Technology, Case Western Reserve University, University of North Dakota, and Chinese University of Hong Kong. He also held various part-time visiting positions at US Air Force Armstrong Laboratory, RIKEN Brain Science Institute, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Dalian University of Technology, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University as a Changjiang Chair Professor. He received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering and an M.S. degree in systems engineering from Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China. He received his Ph.D. degree in systems engineering from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, USA. He was the Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics. He is an IEEE Life Fellow, IAPR Fellow, and a foreign member of Academia Europaea. He is a recipient of the APNNA Outstanding Achievement Award, IEEE CIS Neural Networks Pioneer Award, CAAI Wu Wenjun AI Achievement Award, and IEEE SMCS Norbert Wiener Award, among other distinctions.
Keynote Speaker III
Prof. Yuhui Shi, Southern University of Science and Technology, China (IEEE Fellow)
Prof. Yuhui Shi is an expert in the field of computational intelligence and the developer of the brain storm optimization (BSO) algorithm. He is also a fellow of IEEE for his contributions to particle swarm optimization algorithms. Prof. Yuhui Shi received his Ph.D. from Southeast University in 1992. After that, he did research in the United States, South Korea, Australia, and other places. He has published many ground-breaking papers with Russell Eberhart and James Kenney, the developer of the particle swarm optimization algorithm, and co-authored the books on Swarm Intelligence and Computational Intelligence: Concepts to Implementations.
Keynote Speaker IV
Prof. Shuang-Hua Yang, University of Reading, UK (IEEE Senior Member)
Prof Shuang-Hua Yang is currently the Head of Department of Computer Science at the University of Reading (UoR), UK. Before joining UoR, he was serving as the Executive Deputy Dean of the Graduate School in SUSTech (Southern University of Science and Technology, China) and a chair professor in Computer Science between 2016 to 2022. He spent over two decades in Loughborough University in the UK. He joined Loughborough University in 1997 as a research assistant, and progressing to a research fellow in 1999, a lecturer in 2000, a senior lecturer in 2003, a professor in 2006, and Head of Department of Computer Science in 2014. His educational history originated in China where he received a BSc in 1983, an MSc in 1986, both from the Petroleum University and a PhD in 1991 from Zhejiang University. He was awarded a Doctor of Science degree, a higher doctorate degree, in 2014 from Loughborough University to recognize his scientific achievement in his academic career. In the same year he was selected as a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET).

Prof. Yucong Duan, Hainan University, China
Dr. Yucong Duan is a Level Three professor at Hainan University, doctoral supervisor, renowned scholar in the South China Sea region, and a leading figure in the field. He currently holds several positions including member of the Academic Committee of the School of Computer Science at Hainan University, founder of the AGI-AIGC-GPT Evaluation DIKWP (Global) Laboratory, leader of the Data, Information, Knowledge, Wisdom, and Intent DIKWP Innovation Team, editorial board member of the Journal of Hainan University (Natural Science Edition), adjunct researcher at Chongqing Police College, leader of the "Internet Innovation Team for Data, Information, Knowledge, and Technology DIKW Fusion" in the Hainan Provincial Double Hundred Talents Program, Vice President of the Hainan Invention Association, Vice President of the Hainan Intellectual Property Association, Vice President of the Hainan Low Carbon Economic Development Promotion Association, Vice President of the Hainan Agricultural Product Processing Enterprise Association, visiting researcher at Central Michigan University in the United States, and member of the Doctoral Supervisory Committee at the University of Modena in Italy.
